Where are you located?
We are located at 510 College Avenue, across the street from the NSU main gates and at the corner of College Avenue and Second Street.
What are your hours?
Monday through Friday, 7AM to 8PM; Saturday, 9AM to 7PM. We are closed on Sundays.
What is your fax number and can I receive faxes there?
Our fax number is (318) 352-2782. To receive a fax, the cost is $1 per page. We request that whoever sends the fax writes your name and phone number on the fax so that we can call you when it comes on, or at least so we know who the fax is for.
Can I copy onto my own paper?
Yes, you can, on both our self and full serve copy machines. The cost per copy is the lowest price for that size of paper.
Can I copy onto my own transparencies?
No. We use transparencies that are specially designed for our copiers, and other brands of transparencies have a tendency to melt inside the copy machines.
Can I copy onto construction paper?
No. Construction paper will not run through any of our machines. Cardstock is an alternative to construction paper.
Do you do typing?
We offer a wide variety of typesetting services, including typing of papers, resumes, letters, programs, invitations, business cards and flyers. We also have an electric typewriter that can be rented for in-store use.
Do you sell ink cartridges?
No. Try one of the office supply stores in town.
Do you make IDs?
No. Try the DMV.
Are you a FedEx/UPS Drop Off?
Yes to both. There is a UPS drop box located outside of the store. FedEx packages can be dropped off inside.
Do you scan photos to disc?
Not at this time, although this is a service we plan to add in the near future. In the meantime, our friends at CP-Tel Network Services offer this service.
Do you have internet access?
No. We do not have computers for public use, nor do we send or receive e-mail for customers.
But you have a CP-Tel banner hanging outside your store! What's the deal with that?
We handle sign-up for internet accounts with CP-Tel Network Services, but that is all. We do not provide any sort of service or support regarding CP-Tel.
How much would it cost for ... ?
Due to the wide variety of services that we offer, it would be impossible to list every single price and item. Keep in mind that price depends on WHAT you are getting -- for example, the price on business cards depends on how many cards you want, the stock color, color of ink, graphics, logos, and other factors.
